Booking Policy.

When you book an appointment at Frami Chiropractic & Wellness, we will ask you for your name, email address, address and phone number to confirm and reserve your appointment time.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. If a patient cancels or misses their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the treatment that was booked. 

The reason for our policy is that your appointment time is reserved just for you! If you cancel your appointment at the last minute or miss it altogether, you're occupying a slot that could have been utilized by another patient in need, while also creating an empty space in your therapist's schedule. We appreciate your understanding!
